2. Contingent Search

  • Fee: 25% of Employee’s 1st Year Base Salary.

3. Pay-As-You-Go

  • Fee: 30% of Employee’s 1st Year Base Salary.
  • Payment Terms: Monthly installments for 12 months. Payments stop if the employee quits or is released.
